Enrollment Information

It’s easy to enroll for online banking services. Here’s everything you need to know to get started:

Personal Online Banking
You can get a copy of our Personal Online Banking Enrollment and Change Authorization Form by clicking the text link on the right-hand side of this page. Please print, complete and sign the form. Then drop it off at any of our locations, or mail it to us at: Central State Bank, Att’n: E-Banking, P.O. Box 146, Muscatine, IA 52761. Within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your form you will receive your temporary password, log-in ID, and user agreement in the mail, and you’ll be all set to enjoy the convenience of online banking!

Commercial Cash Management
Because the structuring of a CMM account is unique to the specific needs of your business, enrollment is handled in person by one of our commercial banking officers. Please call our Main Bank at (563) 263-3131 or (800) 292-1234 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST (excluding holidays) and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements.

Online BillPaying
You can enroll for BillPaying at any time after your Personal Online Banking or CMM account is established. Simply log into the online banking system, click on the “Pay Bills” button, and an online application form, instructions and further enrollment information will appear.

E-Statements
The convenience of E-Statements can be added anytime and at no charge to any Personal or Business Online Banking account. For further information, please visit the E-Statements page on our website.

Online Credit Cards
To enroll for online access to your credit card accounts, visit the Bancard Center website. Then click on the “Register” button for further instructions.

Online Brokerage Account
To enroll for online access to your brokerage account with Central State Investment Services, visit the LPL Account View website and click on the “Sign Up For Account View” button.

Online Trust Account
To enroll for online access to your trust account through the Portfolio Review website, please contact us for further information and assistance. Call our Main Bank at (563) 263-3131 or (800) 292-1234 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST (excluding holidays), ask for our Trust Department, and we will be happy to assist you.
